Steve was professional, courteous and efficient. Although he was running a few minutes behind, he called and informed me of the slight delay. When he arrived, he took time to listen to my concerns and the repairs appear to have been done properly. Everything is working well now and I have scheduled a water heater replacement with Steve in a couple of weeks. I highly recommend this business!
