SPOON ELECTRIC

David and Steve were recommended to me by a neighbor - and I am so glad! I had at first reached out to an electrician through my home warranty company and they could not find our issue. Steve and David spent time digging for the problem and had it fixed in a short time. We had a partial power outage on a Saturday evening, and the home warranty electiricians we called came Monday morning. They could not find the problem and said they would have to come back with their boss to help - possibly as late as Thursday. I did not want to be out of power so long (and did not trust this company), so I reached out to my neighbor for a recommendation. She gave me Steve's number. I called him, he told me he was on a job but he would have his partner give me a call. Within 10 minutes David called me back and said he could be out first thing the next morning. My husband met them at the house and they searched thoroughly for the problem - and found two issues compunding one another. The first was that the former owners of our home had moved the location of the master bedroom ceiling fan and had covered over the junction box (live wires and all) in the attic. When they got this fixed a portion of the power came back on. They then went through other areas and found an outlet hidden behind and armoire that had kinked wires within it. They replaced the wires and all power was restored. I was impressed with how punctual, professional, and thorough they were and WILL use them again in the future. I highly recommend Spoon Electric to anyone - especially those of us with very old houses!
