+ -1 moreSoul Construction was first to respond with an estimate and was on time and prepared to do the work without exception. Some of the exterior panels and other structure required replacement and their carpenter slills made it a breeze with no hickups in the time schedule. Good cleanup after the completed jobs and even took the initiative to pant and repair a fence railing that (honestly) I had intended to do myself.
Description of Work: Soul Construction had previously done some work for my company doing rental property refurbishing the interior. Mr. Birdd did an outstandind job on repair and refinishing I asked him to paint the exterior of my rental units and my own home. Both of which exceeded anticipated results on quality and price.
