 + -1 moreOverall everything went excellently. They delivered the wrong mattress the first time, but with a call to Joe, he took care of it and arranged to deliver the correct item. The first delivery crew was not very professional; in fact we didn't think they had ever assembled a bed before. They were not very careful with the wooden bed or our walls either; both were marked up. The second delivery crew (for the correct mattress) was terrific. They knew what they were doing, were polite and careful and made right what the first delivery team had done incorrectly. There was no damage at all. Make sure you ask for their best delivery guys (I wish I still had their names). I can't say enough about how Joe handled everything, and how good the second delivery team was. No problem was a problem for Joe; he just took care of it. I wouldn't go any where else to shop for a mattress or bedding.
Description of Work: We worked with Joe Forman, regional or dist. manager I believe, and he was wonderful. We were looking for two mattresses and beds. He was helpful and informative, let us take all the time we needed and was never pushy. We changed our mind a lot and it didn't seem to frustrate him. Once we made a selection, we even changed it later over the phone; no problem; he took care of it. His pricing was very fair and he met my negotiations with a good nature.
