when it comes to subzero appliances, you can stop here and rest assured you just got the best service possible.  punctual, knowledgeable, and fair.

They are excellent. We have a contract with them. They respond to your phone call but I think they are over extended. They take a long time to come. They are also not available on weekends. They do a very good job. They people that lived here put in unusual refrigerator and they are the only ones who could service it. They are not very punctual but the quality is good.

I called and Victor arrived on time.  He is very professional, clean and respectful of my family and home.  He diagnosed the problem.  Victor gave me a price and made the repair.  I am very impressed with Victor.  he definitely takes pride in his work.   My wife and I feel very comfortable with him in our home.

I called Victor to clean and repair our seven ice makers. He showed up the first time and cleaned all the units and attempted to repair the four that were not producing ice. He returned two other times and replaced the "pumps" in the units. When one did not produce ice after that, he returned and put another pump in onw and a new computer board in one. After he replaced the computer, the unit still did not work. Two of the others were still not working. He said that I needed to restart them over and over. All the while, I am paying and paying. I called him multiple times and he said he needed to reorder the parts. I called again later that week. He said he had the parts and would come by later that day. He no showed that day and four other times. I finally hired another service provider. They told me that most of the replacements parts in the ice makers were not actually for these ice makers and that was why they did not work. I have spent double the money trying to fix what SBZ left behind.
