ROOMS TO GO

The salesperson seemed new and didn't know much about the process of inputting information into the computer, so I was a little worried about her getting the order correct. She assured me she had, but when the furniture was delivered a week later, the cocktail table was not the one we ordered. I immediately called the store to explain the mistake, and the saleslady assured me the mistake would be corrected by someone delivering the correct table, and picking up the old one. She later called back to tell me "When you come in on Monday to pay the difference between the two tables. . . ." I almost lost it, demanded to speak with the manager, who hesitated to solve the problem, but eventually said he would make it right, with no additional cost to me. When the second table arrived, you guessed it, it too was not the correct table. It took a third trip to finally get what we paid for. Don't think I'll be doing business with Rooms to Go, at least the store in Mesquite, again.

THE SERVICE WAS GREAT. WE GOT 2 YEARS NO-INTEREST FINANCING AND DELIVERY WAS ON-TIME AND VERY PROFESSIONAL.

THE SALE WENT SMOOTHLY. THE DELIVERY DRIVER WAS ON TIME AND WORKED QUICKLY TO SET UP THE ROOM THE WAY I WANTED. I LOVE MY NEW FURNITURE.

THEY SALE WENT SMOOTHLY AND THE DELIVERY WENT OFF WITHOUT A HITCH. THEY DELIVERED THE NEW MATTRESS AND EVEN HAULED OFF THE OLD ONE. THE DRIVER WAS REALLY NICE AND ON TIME.
