We travel in the summer and he takes care of our yard while we are gone. It is important because the yard needs to be reliably taken care of. The thing that is so important to us is that things are taken care of in our absence. They do good work. More than anything else, and most important, is reliability. They show up, do their job and if it wasn't for their leaf blower we wouldn't even know they were here except for the clean yard. They are really reliable and do quality work. For any reason in the winter if the weather turns bad he will call and ask to put the job off for a day. They also maintain the sprinkler systems.
