His team showed up on time and began working on digging out the existing area. They poured the concrete. Let it sit, stamped it out and then came back to apply color. There were a few outstanding tasks like finding covers for a few plumbing stubs that were in the way but overall it was ok. I had to call Cris to get him to come back out but then we were finished. About 2 months later a crack appeared that ran from one side to the other and it was very evident. I called Cris and he came out. He basically did not want to do anything because he didn't think it was structural even though it went all the way across the MIDDLE of our patio and down the side. I told him he had to fix it and so it began. Hewould promise someone was going to come out or that he would call and they never would. When he finally got someone to come out they applied WHITE caulk up the middle of the crack. Stood out like a sore thumb. I told him it wasn't acceptable. He said he would come out the next week. Nothing. Said he would call me to schedule a time to come out. Nothing. This went on for almost a YEAR. When he finally came out they stained the caulk. Looked a little better but still bad. This year we had snow.. Guess what, the crack is back live and in person. Do not hire these people. They don't know what they are doing. I had to threaten him with the Better Business Bureau to get him to come out. AWFUL service!Cris will be so nice but it gets you no where and after awhile when he promises you for months that he is going to fix it and doesn't - nice doesn't really apply anymore.

Robert Rodriguez is the owner and we are very satisfied with the work they do. The two things that I like most about them are that they are reasonable and easy to work with. In the past, they have also planted some trees for us and they did a good job on that as well.
