Went fine, showed up on time, price was little high

Our garage door would not open due to a broken spring, and there has been constant rain that is causing other problems that repairmen will need to enter our garage to fix. Reyes Garage Door answered my call and had someone at my door within an hour. After noting that the spring type had to be changed completely, the serviceman confirmed with his boss and with me that it was ok to pick up the part from the store and replace the spring type. The quote they gave me was honored. In the pouring rain, with a leak in the garage roof near where he had to stand to replace part of the spring, the repairman worked quickly. He was finished within the hour and helped tighten the chain, which was slightly loose, as well. The serviceman did not complain about the weather or having to experience the wet conditions even in the garage.

Super! They came out and measured without me being there to give the estimate which was awesome. They installed and completed the work timely and very professionally. Would absolutely recommend them and use the again. Their price was good too compared to other vendors! Only suggestion is that I wish they would have quoted an optional haul off price for the old door

Every two years I have Mike come out and lube and check out my 60 year old two car garage door. Once a spring broke and he was right out the next day.Back in March, on the regular service call, he said the rheostadt was about to go out and replaced it. A couple of days ago, the door would not close. I called and he came out this morning. It took him about 20 mintues to check everything out, discovered that the motor had moved inside its housing, he tightened and works as good as new. No charge! Mike has always been great and is very reasonable.

Called for service on Friday night. Called back with exact quote and made appt. for 10:00 on Saturday. Showed up on time, did the work efficiently and carefully. Price was exactly what was quoted. Couldn't have been more pleased with the job.

One of the springs on our garage door broke and the door would not open. After consulting numerous companies giving me a wide range of prices, we decided to go with Garza Doors because of price, ratings/reviews, and overall feeling after peaking with Mike. We could not have chosen better. The price quoted is exactly what we paid with no surprise costs or the need for extras after they got there. We ended up getting both springs replaced for the low price of $198. We would definitely use them again.

Reyes came out the day after I called. On time.
After fixing the door issue, they also adjusted the door and the opener so it now works much better than before.

Very good experience. Guys came out and gave me an estimate and returned and did the installation (~1 hour) the next evening. The unit installed was recommended by Mr. Reyes and is head/shoulders better than the unit I had. Very reasonable price for the unit and the installation. Would highly recommend Mr. Reyes.

Our garage door some how got hung on one of its wheels and then went from crooked to almost falling off. The torsion spring released when the cables came loose. Basically a mess. Mike showed up the same day I called. He quoted the job fairly quickly. He was available to do the job then and had out garage door working better than before in a short hour. Great friendly service with professional workman ship.
