Found it and fixed it in 2 hours and were gone. Wasn't a bad services.
The bad part was they told me on the phone it could cost up to $3500 and that's what it was $3500. THink it's a little high for 2 hours work and they even had to use my compressor as theirs would work. Then they wanted cash but I was told I could use a credit card. They whole thing just left a very bad taste in my mouth.

I called for someone to do the work in my crawlspace. They did not have any appointments available the same day but put me on a standby list. Someone was there in 3 hours. The guys that showed up were too big to get into the tight crawlspace so they set up an appointment with another co-worker for the next morning. The company cancelled that appointment the next day and set another for the next week (it was Friday). The new plumber showed up on Monday as planned and completed the repair in short order. The plumbers were all very professional, they laid out drop clothes and plastic to protect the house.

Andrew from Reliable Plumbing Service replaced a Franke Little Butler - instant hot - at my home today. He showed up on time. He was courteous, professional and most importantly competent and prepared.

I had waited 3 days on an estimate from another plumbing company. I had a house closing deadline and needed a quick response. Frustrated with my plumbing company, I called Ferguson and asked them to recommend a plumber. They recommended Reliable. I called and explained my situation and ask if they could help. It was obvious the individual I spoke with and communicated with Andrew. I'm very pleased and will call Reliable when I need a plumber.

They are awesome. They are very friendly, clean and courteous. I have been using them for 3 years. They are very professional, reasonably priced and they show up when they say they are going to. I have never had a problem getting an appointment.

They were great and they are good, honest plumbers. They are a little expensive but the work and them showing up makes up for it. The contractor was always on time each day he came and it took him about four days to complete the job.
