R & R AIR CONDITIONING

Back a couple years, I used these guys on a recommendation from my best friend, they came and installed a complete a/c heat system to replace my failing one. Install went fine, they went above and beyond getting things right, was a happy customer. Last summer in 2012, we noticed that our master bedroom and bath area was staying hotter than the rest of the house. (problem was found and fixed by another a/c company, duct was crushed probably by a guy I had add extra insulation). Keeping this short: I spent 6 weeks(Aug-Sept 2012) trying to get Todd to come out and look at my problem. He would setup a day and time, and never show up, then he would not return calls unless I "happened" to get him to answer. This fiasco was repeated time and again. Fall arrived and I dropped the idea for awhile as it wasn't a problem. The in late March 2013, I tried again, hoping that they were just "too busy" last summer to do my small job. I called Don and he said he would have Todd come by. Todd showed up the next day, thursday 3/28, and we went over what was to be done to fix the problem, with Todd never going up in the attic. We setup for him and crew to come back on monday 4/1, guess what happened, yup he no showed again. And for the nest 2 days he would not return my calls. I had had it. I called and left a message on Don's phone, telling him that I was dropping them, as there was no way I was going to put up with this level of unprofessionalism on Todd's part ever again. I would have expected a business owner to care about a customer satisfaction and at least call back, but nope, never heard a word.
