The person who came out seemed helpful and reassuring letting me know that if the roof leaked again on the next rain, they would come out to reseal. They went silent as I called several times when the roof leaked again at the next rain. They never even returned voicemails and messages I left.

Since we have had two roofs replaced by this company, we were comfortable calling them again. Steve, the owner, called me back promptly, remembered our home and came out to give us an estimate. The crew was here at the time and day scheduled and the work and cleanup was completed quickly. Steve came out several times to check the work. He even walked around to ensure that the cleanup was done well and to his satisfaction. We would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs reroofing. They are an honest, prompt, thorough and professional company.

 The roofer removed one roof section to show me the wooden deck do not damage then I agree to lay the new synthetic felt on the

top of the old one when removed the old shingles both skylights are slightly damaged.

 The leaf protection screens on top of gutter are torn the gutters deformed.Ba

They made the appointment quickly and they were on time for the appointment. It did not take long for the technician to do a diagnosis of what was wrong. He came back a few days later to replace some shingles and to do some caulking work.

Purcell Roofing was referred to us by our next door neighbor and the representative came out and gave an estimate in a timely manner. They replaced our "woodshake" roof and the decking. They finished the job in less than 3 workdays. The only drawback to their work was, in my opinion, using roofing nails that were too long and they did not hammer them down. We have a "stand up" attic and when I attempt to stand up, I have to dodge nails. I had to hammer them down myself. This was the only issue. Overall Good Work, Good service and Good people...

I chose Purcell Roofing because I found them on AngiesList and I was satisfied with the work. The people were polite and efficient. They finished the work in a reasonable time.

The work was performed in a timely and workmanlike fashion and the leak was successfully repaired.

We were quite satisfied with them. They did the work when they said they were going to and cleaned up after themselves. I had no complaints at all and the price was right on what they quoted. The owner was pleasant and knowledgeable.

THEY WERE VERY PROMPT AND FAST REPLACING THE ROOF. THEY DID A GOOD CLEANUP JOB WHEN COMPLETED.
