On June 12, 2023, Pretty Cool AC Heating and Refrigeration came out to my house to install a fan motor on my condenser. Joseph Hunter put on the invoice a long list of things that he didn't do that ended up costing me $595.64. He came out to my house on June 27, 2024, and tried to charge me $800. for the same problem. I showed him the invoice from the previous year and told him he was charging me $800. for a job that I had already paid him for last year. This was a CUN!! After calling another HVAC pro, I found out that my system was clogged, and it switch in my attic was shutting my condenser off. Please be warned about this company. I also reported this incident to ANGI. BUYERS BE AWARE!!!!!!! ANGI if you value your reputation, you will stop using this AC company.
