The company was asked to perform an installation and repair of a used ice machine.  To say that we were highly dissatisfied with the service provided at every step of the way is a substantial understatement.  This ordeal of a project took place over approximately 6 weeks and left us with a machine that despite the time and money ($1200) still does not work.   The person involved (Kenny Darrisse)  was deficient in all aspects of the service:   he was slow to answer calls, repeatedly did not show up  at  the times we agreed on, did not complete repairs even remotely close to when he stated, did not adequately evaluate the machine before installing it, required extensive assistance by our staff to complete the work and ultimately failed to deliver a working  machine.   We were charged for extra time because he failed to bring adequate equipment and supplies to complete the job.  After submitting his most recent bill, I ended this debacle by dismissing him.
