 + -1 moreThey came six times to fix one problem. Every time, they said they had fixed the problem and left. Finally, on the sixth time, the gentleman showed us the mistakes the other 5 guys had left. It was not professionally done at all. This was the chain that the warranty service uses all of the time.
Description of Work: There was a hot water heater leak.
