"I accept responsibility for the substandard work I did. I should not have taken a job, sight unseen and try to work it into my schedule. It had a lot more leaves than expected and should have been scheduled differently. Haste makes waste, I got distracted and didn't pay the attention to detail that I normally do. Still, no excuse, I called back and tried to make it right, offered a free clean."

No work was really done just made the bottom of my pool worse than it was overtime.

"I'm sorry [Member Info Removed] wasn't happy, but in all fairness his pool was in very bad shape when I started. It needed tile, plaster, the hot tub was unusable, frankly it was a swamp and he couldn't get repairs done. Pools in need of repair are always much harder to take care of. It was clean while I took care of it but was just too much for me to handle given its condition and I had to terminate the service. I later, on several occasions, gave [Member Name Removed] free advice and referred him to another service I knew of close to that area, I can only assume he hasn't been successful in procuring pool service from anyone."

She is thorough, prompt and friendly. My dog loves her. She is great at her job and delightful to work with. I have been using her for 4 years.
