vacuum cleaners
 + -1 moreI spent about five minutes in the store dropping the vacuum cleaner off. They called me at work to tell me it was ready for pick up and when I arrived, the man on duty carried it out to my car for me. The people who worked there were polite and professional. I would definitely do business with them again.
Description of Work: My Hoover Wind Tunner Bagless vacuum that is approximately 10 years old became clogged up and would not vacuum properly. I called Oreck and they told me that they service all makes and models and I could drop my vacuum off and they would send it to their service center for an evaluation. If the problem required additonal parts/service beyond what I had paid for when leaving it with them, they would call me with an estimate before proceeding with the repairs. As it turned out, all my vacuum needed was to be unstopped without more repairs. I got my Hoover back within 3 1/2 days and it runs like new.

 + -1 moreWE TOOK OUR EXISTING VACUUM TO THEM FOR REPAIR. THEY REPAIRED IT IMMEDITELY FOR US. WE ALSO PURCHASED A NEW VACUUM.
Description of Work: I PURCHASED A NEW VACUUM FOR THE CHURCH AND THEY REPAIRED OUR OLD VACUUM.
