Reliable and reasonable

We have been a customer of Oliverio's Landscaping for 10 years.  They provided lawn service for the previous owner of our home and we retained them when we moved in.  Over the years Oliverio's has planted trees for us, maintained the landscaping & yard and performed other landscaping type services such as putting down mulch, etc.  Their fees are very reasonable.  When I have special needs Mr. Perez is great to give us estimates and/or take care of what we need.  We have 3 dogs and they are always extremely conscientious about making sure the gate is closed well when they leave.  Recently I have put agility equipment in the back yard and they move it/work around it for me if I don't get it moved before they arrive.

It is hard to believe it has been 10 years!  We have been very happy with Oliverio's and expect to be for years to come.

They mow every two weeks as needed, sometime they check the yard but only mow if they deem it necessary which I appreciate because I am not always there to check. It is not all about the money with Oliverio, the job and satisfaction is what is important.

They have been taking care of my dad's property for a while now.  The owner comes out every two weeks.  His crew takes care of the bushes, so they don't get wide and too tall.  They always clean up after themselves.  They never leave any mess.

They give free estimates, which I think is bonus. Before beginning work, they make sure everything in your yard is picked up. They are very professional, and work efficiently. Also, I think their pricing is more than reasonable.
