Very professional and polite. Returned phone call quickly and was able to come 0ut same day and give an estimate. Great pricing.

I have been using Oliverio's for several months. They always do a great job, are very professional and leave the yard looking great. And their prices are very reasonable as well.

They never did return my calls.

Mr. Oliverios returned my initial call within two days after I left voice mail. A few days afterward, without the prior call he had offered, I noticed someone walking around my yard and an Oliverios truck at the curb. By the time I'd put on my shoes and walked outdoors, the truck was pulling away. A business card was left at my door (no knock at the door). I waited a day for a call back, then used the email address on the card to acknowledge the visit and to outline my needs again -- explained that I was emailing because I was leaving town for a few days, but wanted to move forward. Two weeks (and now a very scruffy lawn) later, still no response. Because of the good reviews, I called once more, got voice mail, repeated that I was interested in getting started, or if they did not want the job (the yard is small), requested a courtesy call and I would move on. Again, no response. I don't normally leave reviews of people who I don't actually contract with, but something as important as lack of communication in the earliest stages of a transaction seems like something I'd want to know about when considering engaging a professional. Communication is important in a contractor, no matter how big or small the service. For this reason, with regret, I have given Oliverios Landscaping low marks on responsiveness and professionalism.

Reliable and reasonable

We have been a customer of Oliverio's Landscaping for 10 years. They provided lawn service for the previous owner of our home and we retained them when we moved in. Over the years Oliverio's has planted trees for us, maintained the landscaping & yard and performed other landscaping type services such as putting down mulch, etc. Their fees are very reasonable. When I have special needs Mr. Perez is great to give us estimates and/or take care of what we need. We have 3 dogs and they are always extremely conscientious about making sure the gate is closed well when they leave. Recently I have put agility equipment in the back yard and they move it/work around it for me if I don't get it moved before they arrive. It is hard to believe it has been 10 years! We have been very happy with Oliverio's and expect to be for years to come.

They mow every two weeks as needed, sometime they check the yard but only mow if they deem it necessary which I appreciate because I am not always there to check. It is not all about the money with Oliverio, the job and satisfaction is what is important.

They have been taking care of my dad's property for a while now. The owner comes out every two weeks. His crew takes care of the bushes, so they don't get wide and too tall. They always clean up after themselves. They never leave any mess.

They give free estimates, which I think is bonus. Before beginning work, they make sure everything in your yard is picked up. They are very professional, and work efficiently. Also, I think their pricing is more than reasonable.
