In the future I would only use them for a landscape project.  I have used this service for 2 years, the first year was good, lawn looked good and everything was going great with service.  I recently received email stating that they was cancelling all residential service without warning. It was good that they are giving refunds to those that paid for there monthly service and those that haven't paid don't need to but would be good to get warning.  I have been going back and forth on if I would continue using them anyways so this helped me make my decision.  The problems with this service came this second year, it was harder to get all services quoted to be performed as in clean outs of the flower beds, trimming of bushes, and fertilizations/weed killing, although the mowing's was there all the time and on time.  Also this second year in the spring I had 3 fruit trees and an oak tree die.  Seems weird that all of a sudden after 10 years of having these trees they die.  I was told that it was because of all the rain we had last spring but that story seems strange.  I never got any further help with them just that they would be happy to cut them down for me.  No attempt to replace them or quote me to have them replaced.  It seems that if a lawn service was taking care of your lawn and plants then if something dies on their watch they would help out with said plants/trees.  All my fruit trees was healthy and provided me with lots of fruit prior to services and my oak tree was very vibrant and growing well.  now I have a cut down oak tree and fruit trees that will have to be cut all the way down.  Even without this notice I had noticed the service was going down hill, not that his workers that came to the house and cut the lawn was lazy or didn't try their best but the fact that everything seemed very rushed and that the workers seemed to not have as much time to take care of things.  I believe that this service was growing to much that their needed to be more workers hired to take care of the things the owner had lined up.  I believe that this is the real reason that residential serves was put on the back burner.  I think the service would have been much better if he had more workers to be able to do all the work he was receiving.  I wish them the best of luck with their commercial accounts but wish they would've continued their exceptional service as when I first started to use them.  I did use them for a landscape project around my pool and it turned out great although many of the plants that was picked out for the area died, but I believe that was because I use a salt water pool and the plants wasn't hardy enough for the splashed salt water. 

I use Dale and his team on a monthly basis for my landscaping needs. He's very responsive and helpful anytime I have questions. I never have to worry about the scheduling or timeliness of their service; just like clockwork.

The service was great. He was very patient with us and our questions. He has great maintenance packages and is very punctual. We are enjoying our service and the quality is superb.

Their rates are extremely reasonable. They also offer various maintenance packages that you can purchase.  They are always prompt for service and good with communication including if any changes with scheduling, etc.  They are a very, very professional company to work with.

They are professional and do a great job. They respond to an and all questions I have. They quoted me a price for what I wanted done and that is what has been invoiced. My yard looks great. My trees look great and I am very pleased. I would recommend them for any job, large or small. They will make recommendations as well. No pressure.

I originally picked him from Angie's List.  I liked him so much and continued to use him . He is amazing. There is a  tree that he had  installed in April, I called  him last week and told him that I feared that the tree would have some things eating the leaves and he came out the next day and sprayed it. I just can't say enough. I am absolutely amazed. He addresses everything if you have any questions. He has gone above and beyond every time. He is responsive and helpful.

They are doing excellent work and they have all kinds of equipment to do it! I'm even referring them to a neighbor.

They showed up on time and worked tirelessly until the work was done.  The work took 3 days to complete.  They trenched about  6 inches deep around the trees and flower beds, put in 3 inches of substrate and cemented the 4 x 8 x 15 to 18 inch stone in place.  Where they had to, they repositioned any sprinkler heads that were in the way and they cleaned up the site at the end of the project.  I would definitely use this company for any future landscaping needs.

Miles Landscaping did an outstanding job!  They did everything they said they would and more.  They scheduled three days to complete the job, but finished in two. I was extremely impressed with the level of the service, attention to detail, and professionalism of Dale and his staff.  The curbing turned out not to cost as much as the estimate and he was honest enough to tell me and we added some additional features to the landscape.  They came early and stayed and worked all day.  They will follow up and made sure I understood that they would.  I really appreciated that.   I will use them again when I landscape my back yard.  Miles Landscaping is a full service company.  They provided a design plan, did the work, and will follow up.  I highly recommend them!

The work is beautiful! Really gorgeous. I am hopeful that these plants will fare better than last year's - which almost all died due to drought, heat, freeze, plus the fact that they weren't suited to our climate/maintenance ability. We need some more work in the back to bring things up to where we'd really like them to be, so will be asking Miles to come back, and also want to talk to them about maintenance. Very pleased (assuming the plants survive the summer!)

Good at keeping the schedule and letting us know about delays or changes because of weather, etc.  Mr. Miles was good about responding to requests and questions.  They worked very quickly and cleaned up the area well.  The crew was a bit difficult to communicate with sometimes (language differences).

Over all Mr. Miles was professional, and did a great job.

They did a great job. The weather prevented them from coming when they scheduled but emailed me each time to reschedule due to weather. On the day they came they were punctual, courteous, and professional.

Dale Miles designed a beautiful landscape for my front yard.  He listened to our ideas and put them to paper and the results were amazing.  He created a beautiful pavestone walkway to our driveway with hearty plants on both sides, and planted new St. Augustine grass at the front of the yard.  We only had mud and dead grass when he arrived and now it's something that we can be proud of. I would definitely work with Dale and his crew again.

We found Miles Landscaping to help us with our sprinkler system. They are honest, cost effective and dependable. Because of the work they did, we cancelled our other lawn service and now use them exclusively!!!

Dale and his crew were here on schedule and went right to work as Dale and I did a quick review of the planned work.  They went about their work with professionalism.  I believe Dale over delivered on the promised plan and mentioned that to him several times.  He indicated that everything he was doing was within the planned work and not "extra".  We were very happy with the result.  There were several instances where the planned work did not go as expected and Dale, who was there working and supervising his crew the whole day, would come get me to explain the issue and get my approval on what needed to be done to get past the deviation.

I can't say enough good things about Miles Landscaping and would recommend them to anyone!  Dale (the owner) came out to give us an estimate on yard clean-up, installing an irrigation system, installing new sod in the front yard, and resetting and extending my front flower bed edging with a retaining wall system.   He showed up on time and provided a written proposal that was done in the most professional way.  I had gotten other bids and not only was his price the most competitive, but his proposal was written in great detail and  in such a professional manner - much more so than the other contractors.  He listened to what I wanted and did not try to "hard-sell' me on anything I really didn't want, but just made great suggestions on what would look good and what wouldn't.  The scheduling went according to plan and Dale and his crew always showed up when they said they would.  His entire crew was so professional and wonderful to work with,  Dale was extremely responsive, always returning phone calls and emails almost immediately.  He is very knowledgable and accommodating. I would use Miles Landscapting again in a heartbeat and will probably hire them for onging lawn and yard maintenance.  I give them an A+++!!

He answers every phone call and email promptly. He does a good job. If I ever have a problem, he gets right back to me. The communication is great.
