METRO PATIO & CARPORT

It went well. They did a good job. They had installed the screened in patio room approximately 20 years ago and, if not for the storm damage, it was still in good shape. One of the new screens came loose and they sent someone last week to repair it.

The workers arrived early, worked quickly, and cleaned up the area when finished.

Last year we called for an estimate then we couldn't go through with having patio done. I told them I would call back this year. I think they where surprised when I did. Jack returned my call the same day I called and either came out that day or the next and we discussed what we had wanted last summer and added to it a little bit. Because of waiting a year it was a little more money but not much. Because of all the rain this year wasn't sure of a date but we ended up having to wait about a week and a half, which I thought was fast. We had to leave the morning of, so the guys just got started when we left and when we got home they where done and gone. We love it. It looks great. Now just to use it, that's all that's left to do.

It went very well! I've known them for years and finally got around to getting this work done.

The installers came right on schedule, as promised. They did a great job in much less time than anticipated. We could not be happier with the results!. Thank you guys!

Patio covers can be very expensive and I was looking for something simply. The sales person was very friendly and explained what they could and would do. After shopping around I was was impressed with the product for the price. I was not at home for the install and was very concerned about this. My understanding is they arrived at about 9 am and this appears to be correct as my My neighbor confirms the completion time and emailed photos of the install. The patio cover is great and I'm really pleased with the work.

Metro Patio was simply fantastic. Jack came by took measurements and priced the cover at 2250. The only regrett I have is I didn't call them sooner. Work was performed flawlessly. Saw the contractor in the morning and came home with a beautiful patio cover finished. Workers cleaned up area after they finished and you would have never known they had worked in the yard. Simply put great price great quality of material and great workmanship. The Patio cover looks great on our house. Thank you Metro Patio.

excellent, work done all in one day, actually about 5 hours. impressive construction process and completion.

Jack was my estimator, he showed up on time, and was very professional. He came prepared with color samples, and pictures of previous jobs. He gave me honest answers and insight on their products. The installers came on time, and the patio was complete before we got home from work that day. They cleaned up after themselves, and we would definitely use them in the future.

They did a fantastic job, were highly professional, prompt and cleaned up after themselves. I highly recommend them.

We conducted this entire deal from a distance, since we do not live in Dallas. They were very responsive, from the initial estimate, to answering phone calls and emails; they came right out and did the job they said they would in less than 8 hours. They did good work and cleaned it all up. We are very satisfied.

Excellent. Everything according to plan. Metro patio was on time, on budget, and the quality of the work was great. after 1+ year, we are still very pleased.

Everything that they did was excellent.

They showed up around 8 a.m. as promised and were done by noon. They continually measured and used a level so every post and piece was put together exactly like it should be. The lead constructor cheerfully answered a multitude of questions and had to remove part of a crepe myrtle tree which hadn't been planned for (at no extra cost). They picked up everything and left things clear and clean. My neighbor to the east has told me three times how much he likes our carport -- so it must be pretty good!
