They gave us dates for starting the roof....let us know to move our cars ahead of time..etc. They were pretty much done that day...and clean up too!

The company was recommended by my insurance company. The sales representative was very responsive and explained the work to be done in detail. The only negative is that the roofer arrived in an unmarked pickup truck and went on my roof before coming to the front door. However, the work was done promptly and we have not had any further problems.

They did very good work. They showed up on time in the morning. They worked until the sun went down. They cleaned up nicely. They worked with us on upgrades and features that we did not know about.

The work has just been completed (11-14-07), so I assume it was done correctly. Keith Cooper showed me what he did - it was a job he completed in about a half hour after checking the roof to see where repairs needed to be done. My only frustration was he told me the company didn't take credit cards. After he left I read the invoice more fully and it said, "We gladly accept all major credit cards." I called Keith and questioned him about this, and he said he was sorry he didn't explain. The company will take a credit card for roof replacement or major repairs but would have charged me extra to use my credit card for a $250 job. That made me a little unhappy, but if the work takes care of where we had leaks I'll be satisfied.

This leak had been previously repaired and leaked again. This company fixed it RIGHT and it hasn't leaked since. They did a good job.

A call was returned promptly and an appointment was set up. I got called for jury duty and the representative was very nice about resetting the appointment for a Saturday and showing up. Jim was professional and very polite. The work was completed the next week. The price seemed reasonable.

MESQUITE ROOFING WAS COMPETITIVE IN THEIR ESTIMATE FOR THE NEW ROOF. WE LOOKED AT 3-4 OTHER ROOFING COMPANIES AND THEIR ESTIMATE WAS THE BEST. ALSO WE WERE REFERRED TO THIS COMPANY BY ONE OF OUR FRIENDS.
