My A/C went out in the middle of the night. I called this company in the morning. A repairman was at my house by 11am - he called first to let me know he was on his way. He got straight to work, diagnosed the problem, a dead fan motor, and replaced the broken part and I had air again. The repairman, Butch, was very professional and efficient. I appreciated that he did what was needed quickly and efficiently and didn't try to "sell" me something I didn't need. I would definitely call them and use their services again.
