 + -1 moreMY COMPUTER HAD THE SAME PROBLEMS TWO MONTHS LATER AND HE WANTED TO CHARGE ME THE FULL PRICE TO LOAD XP AGAIN. I THINK HE SHOULD HAVE GIVEN ME A BACK-UP DISK THE FIRST TIME.
Description of Work: HE BACKED UP MY HARD DRIVE AND RELOADED WINDOWS XP AFTER I GOT A VIRUS.
