Kerry Head came out the day after I called and was on time. Kerry was extremely professional, pleasant, courteous and knowledgeable. Unlike the two other vendors from which I requested quotes, Kerry did not try to sell me equipment that I did not need. I was/am extremely pleased with the overall experience of having to replace my entire system. The installer was equally professional and pleasant. He did not rush to get the job done, but rather took his time to make sure everything was done correctly. I could not have asked for a more attentive and professional group of people. I highly recommend Mathis Air & Heat!

Workers were on time and when it seemed that the team would not finish, they called for additional workers. The replacement was completed in the time frame I was promised. System is satisfactory.

We have a yearly contract with them to come out twice a year. We have been using them a long time. They are quick to come when we need them. We are at the top of the list if we have a problem. They will come at 10 o'clock at night. The owner usually comes and we have no problems.

I was getting coolant put in back into my HVAC. So, I use them for that. We worked on trying to come to an agreement on purchasing an HVAC system.

Excellent. They told us what to expect. On installation day that is what happened. The installers were polite and professional. Our home inside and out were left clean. The areas of our home that had always been difficult to cool now are totally comfortable. The new thermostat is so easy to operate and visually attractive. This was such a good experience we will continue to use Mathis Air & Heat

Charged $79 per unit, which was not clear in the listing. I thought it was $79 for the inspection, and not per unit. He was inspecting 15 minutes and informed me I need new ac units. The technician was very pleasant.

We needed a new HVAC system, ours was 22 years old and was shot. We got bids from 3 different companies, but none as professional as Mathis. The sales person was thorough and considerate. He explained everything to our liking and had data to back up what he had to say. The installers were available to come that afternoon to do the work. Although the installers got busy right away, were customer oriented and considerate of our house, we believe they rushed the job. We were left with concerns that needed to be addressed. When I reached out to the sales person and office manager, they were right on it. The owner came out, inspected the work and made some revisions. No push back, just made it right. We would give them a 5 star rating if it weren't for the bit of rework that needed to be taken care. We would definitely recommend Mathis to others without hesitation.

I have used Mathis Air & Heating.  They were here in October of 2015.  They diagnosed a problem with an air duct vent in my bathroom and they got it reopened.  It being an older home, not like the usual vents that you see in more modern homes, and they came and fixed it.  It would be A for everything.  The price was $75.  I've used them for several jobs in the past.  They've always been absolutely professional.  Price is right.  They know me.  They know the house.  They're able to come and take care of the problem.

Well priced and found that one unit 9 years old is in pristine condition. Also found that other units were low on refridgerant so filled those up and ran leak check

I love Mathis !  They installed my new outside unit in 2012 and even registered it for me and sent me a copy so I wouldn't have to do it.  This service call concerned some frozen pipe issues.  I contacted the company's office manager, Christi, who is knowledgeable about a/c issues as well and she made some suggestions for things to check.  She scheduled a service call - the technician, MM, arrived in the time window and spent a good amount of time checking the unit and the refrigerant levels and added refrigerant. 
My area [Combine TX] is a sparsely serviced area by any type of service provider so I not only appreciate this Company making prompt service calls but for being one of the few who doesn't take advantage of the overall provider shortage by charging an arm and a leg!

They were great! It was easy to get them on the phone, set a time to do the work, and they showed up on time and quickly and politely fixed everything.  I was impressed with their knowledge and quick work, tells me they're not new to the business.  I like some of their energy saving options they mentioned and was impressed with their knowledge about that also.  I will definitely use their service again and will mention them to others.

I love this company. After many years managing many properties in several cities, I've had a lot of bad experiences. Mathis on the other hand is so great. Christi is always there to pick up the phone. She manages to get to my tenants needs quickly. Their prices are lower than other companies who have worse service. In this latest case, my tenant contacted me in the evening to report her AC was out; I contacted Mathis that evening by email; the next morning Mathis had scheduled directly with my tenant for a time to check it out. They told me the bad news that I had an expensive repair on my hands, and I honestly told them that from any other company I would have sought a second opinion. The following day they completed the job. Christi was kind enough to register my system with the manufacturer for the extended warranty, saving my that hassle.

They have worked with us since about 2002. They have saved me a number of times. They have done a lot of work for us. They have subcontractors that come to the sight with Mathis. They are fast and courteous. They are clean up well. They took all the trimmings left after a job. They couldn't be nicer. They have the same standards as the owner. There was a job I had where they had to install flew pipes for us. They started at 9 or 10 in the morning. They had to do a lot of work on it. They had to take it out and reinstall it. They didn't leave until 7 pm. They couldn't have been nicer.
