We had a slight idea of what we wanted when we went in but their sales person was very knowledgeable and showed us several alternatives that we hadn't considered, cork being one of them. It turned out to be a great option. The flooring was a day or so late getting to the store due to a warehouse backlog but it was no big deal for us. The installer that they set us up with was great; removed carpet and finished the installation in a few hours. A few weeks later we suffered some water damage in one of the rooms and they provided the extra flooring and arranged the replacement at no charge. Can't ask for any better than that.
