If you are looking for a home I highly recommend contacting John Bush. I will definitely use John again for any future real estate needs.
bought our very first house.
We were the most complicated buyers but John has always
showed patience and understanding.
He guided us throughout the whole process and helped us making
the right decisions. He always returned our calls in a quickly manner and
always did what he had promised to do.
He is a hard worker, highly motivated, and very dedicated to
his job and to his clients. He is, indeed, young but is more professional and
experienced than any other agent out there.
Before meeting John, I had my home on the market for 5 months with 28 looks but no substantial offers. Therefore, I was looking for another realtor and he seemed to be someone I could trust. I hired him a month later and he immediately listed my home, set me up with a stager, took photos, prepared for an open house and put up a sign and flyers in my yard. He followed up with the showing realtors and gave me feedback. When I called or e-mailed him, he always got back to me.
After about 2 weeks of having my house on the market, an investor bought it. Apparently, the investor was impressed with my home via the photos taken for the MLS list. He was out of town, but had his realtor come out to look at my house and subsequently bought it for my asking price.
John followed me through the entire selling process from start to finish. I ended up renting my home back from the investor because I'm moving in June. John even helped me with my rental application and assisted with that entire process too.
John is a fine Christian young man and I highly recommend him to sell your home.
