At first it seemed ok when he tested it. Then a few days later it rained and the pipe was exposed. It was supposed to be buried 6-8 in. The heads were too high so I couldn't mow. One pipe broke cause it was so shallow. It took weeks and my son and son in law and me constantly texting calling and threatening to sue to get him back out here to fix what I had found. Haven't had to use the system til today and now two heads are broken and pipe is broke again in another spot of shallow digging. Instead if moving a rock when he would come to he would lay the pipe over it which made it not deep enough then he covered it with grass and sand so I couldn't see it. I just called him and he said it was my fault that I shouldn't be digging in my yard. Water was bubbling up the pipes were cracked so bad I did no digging except with my hand to see where the water was coming from. He said he would charge me for using his tools. He is very rude and once he leaves he thinks he's done no matter what happens even the next day he thinks he's done. Horrible service. Now he is refusing to come fix it or even answer my calls
