Same day, crazy prompt service. Initial contact person and technician sent to my home were both extremely professional and courteous. Tech took great care of me, explained everything, answered all my questions, gave me a great price and explained what to expect in the future with my garage door and also informed me on monthly maintenance (where/how/how often to lubricate door.)
