We have been using Charlie Silk for our AC service for 6 years. He is extremely honest and will never try to sell you services you do not need -- in fact he usually offers suggestions on how to save $$. His fees are very reasonable because he is basically a one man company (no corporate overhead). In 2004 we had him replace our furnace and AC (Trane) with a larger unit. The new system has performed flawlessly and we have not had a spec of trouble with the new unit since then.
