He was prompt, friendly and didn't overcharge for his services. A couple of years ago we had our entire AC unit replaced along with the ductwork. Rob's guys were very professional and left everything spotless when they left. We have had no problems with any of it since. Our electric bill has been reduced drastically thanks to his recommendations. Great company!

The replacement of our old 10 SEER unit was 4 years ago. Jon explained the options and what was needed. We checked his references and had 3 other companies bid the job. Jon's price was competitive so we went with him.
He and his helper showed up on time, removed all the old materials and old outside unit. They installed the attic and outside units and the new duct-work. The job was completed on time... and Jon returned after a few weeks and checked everything to make sure it was functioning properly (this is after he'd been paid in full).
Jon and his company, Elect-Air are as honest and professional as you can find, and cannot recommend him highly enough.

I had called someone else based on an advertisement, and they came out to do a seasonal check. The person from the other company basically told me he couldn't check for carbon monoxide, and because of the age of our house / units, I should be really concerned about leakage. After that, I was so concerned that I wanted to get a second opinion.

After getting some recommendations from neighbors, I called John Schniederjan. He checked and tested our furnaces, and totally put my mind at ease without trying to sell me anything or use scare tactics. He was punctual, personable, answered all my questions, and gave me a lot of good information relative to our heating and cooling needs.

John is a total professional with honesty and integrity! I will always call him -- whether it is for a seasonal system check or because we have trouble with our units.

Rob was very professional and did an excellent job. I've had workmen come through the house since then and when I open the door to the HVAC unit, they ALWAYS say "someone did a great job on that installation!" I've recommended him to 2 other people (attorneys, no less) who had much larger units installed, They loved Rob's work and are very pleased with their new systems. I wanted to install a 16 SEER air conditioning unit for my upstairs. John came out and gave me a fair bid that was in the middle of the other 2 I received. I was impressed by his honesty and common sense. I also liked the fact that a few of my neighbors have used John and they recommended him. John didn't try to sell me anyting else. The unit he installed had initial problems but he returned and made things right. I would use John again.

He does fine work. He is very dependable and reasonable. He removed the old electrical heater and installed a new gas furnace at high efficiency.
