DFI Heating and Air is a family owned and operated business. We have over 50 years experience in the heating and air conditioning business in both residential and commercial. After working for other companies it was our desire to build a business of trust and a commitment to our customers to provide the best service possible and to have a great relationship with our customers. We specializes in your heating and air conditioning needs. We are known for our integretity and giving you the service you deserve without high pressure sales. We want to provide the best service no matter how simple or difficult the job. A regular (during business hours) service call is $69 which includes trip charge and diagnostic. After diagnosis we will discuss with you our findings and discuss how we would proceed and pricing. No repairs will be made without your authorization. We do offer emergency service calls 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for an additional charge. It is $99 for after hours and weekends. For holidays it is $118 for a service call. If you have a Seasonal Maintenace Agreement these rates do not apply. We also have Seasonal Maintenance Agreements (SMA) which include your spring and fall check and changing filer(s). SMA will also provide priority service and discounts on equipment.
