Moving
When they moved the stuff they took a really noticeable chunk and guy took old english furniture polish to try to cover it up. I called the place to tell them and they had already closed for the day. I called them back on Monday and this got drug out for over six months. I documented every thing from them. They finally sent out a repair man out, but it was going to cost them so much that they would end up losing money on the job. I found a lot of scratched on my stuff. I end up taking them to small claims court and I brought pictures. The judge granted me my money back and they had to fix my things.
