He leaves the place clean. He does what he says he will as well. He is just an all around good contractor. He is exactly what you would look for as far as doing work around your home.
Description of Work: He put in a door upstairs and re-did the ceilings. He re-painted some things and worked on our sidewalk.
There has been very little communication, which has been the problem. I'm real dissatisfied with the service. He was supposed to paint the entire shop floor which he did and it started peeling up the day we opened the business. He used the wrong type coating. He never got the new air conditioner working properly. He didn't come back to fix leaks in the roof. The tile floors he put down were shoddily put down. They were poorly placed. I would recommend that people not use him.
Description of Work: I used David Burke Construction to remodel our building so we could open our transmission business. He never finished the job satisfactorily. The project started in August 2010 and he was last here six months ago.
