I was thrilled that they were able to come the same day since they said the ice storm in Dallas, they had more calls than usual.
I have used them in the past and will continue to use Dallas Automatic gate, inc.
husband looked up the brand manual online and was able to trouble shoot
it, disable the broken part to get it to function again. From our own
research, it does need a new sensor, but my husband is going to call the
gate company and order the part directly.
I would have
appreciated them going through the steps necessary to make sure it
worked or did not need supplies/repair. Or at least notifying us that
all they did was hit reset button to give us access to the garage again
and they would come back with parts or to further look at it if that did
not resolve the issue. We were frustrated with the service not digging
into the real issue - just putting a bandaid on it.
