Tammy and Steve were great to work with. I desperately needed the cleaning before my scheduled move because the home was left in filthy condition. They moved their schedule around in order to fit me in in a couple of days. They showed up on time. The two ladies who cleaned were very friendly and had very sunny dispositions. The products that they used left my home smelling wonderful and clean. As I mentioned, this house was grossly dirty with an enormous amount of animal hair everywhere. They did a great job of tackling that. I was. Impressed that when I casually mentioned that they missed cleaning a drawer in my kitchen, that Tammy offered to come back out to rectify the situation. I declined because it was no big deal. She made this offer outside of the 24-hour window that they require for come-backs, so I was pleased with her responsiveness.

We have scheduled Cosmopolitan to come once a month, and have been extremely satisfied with their work. Any areas we have reservations about, Tammy and staff listen intently to our concerns, and they are addressed at their next visit. We have used them for about a year and a half, and will continue to use them. Their price is reasonable, and using their own cleaning materials saves us the price of having to buy cleaning materials for them (us).

Due to an accident on the highway, the ladies arrived a little late (an hour late) but got right to work. They did a pretty good job on most areas, but needed to double back on some of the blinds. The ceiling fans/light fixtures were not done to my liking but at least they got the majority of the dust off the fan blades. Then all I needed to do was get on the ladder and sweep/swiffer the tops of the light fixtures and fan blades.
The price was a little higher than I have paid in the past but it is also a bigger house than I have ever had, so I think it was fair.
The products they used smelled good and you could definitely tell the difference when they were working. They worked almost non-stop and very h****** my almost 3500 square feet house. It gave me a good feeling when they left that I had such great help getting the house move-in ready!

Worth the money!! They came in while I was at work and the house was spik and span when I arrived home. The company adjusted their price as I did not want/need my three bedrooms cleaned. My main concern was the living, dining, kitchen, and bathroom be cleaned. I originally cooresponded via email and they got back to me in less than 10 minutes. I asked several questions and then made a call to set up my bi-weekly appointments three months in advance. This way I could have my home prepped for cleaning before the upcoming scheduled cleaning days. The day prior they give you a reminder call. They have been great thus far and I will continue to use/recommend their services. Great relief for busy professionals, needing a speciality cleaning, or simply treating yourself.

Office communication was professional and courteous, the cleaning crew (2 people) arrived right on time. The cleaning was thorough, we're very happy with the job they did. It's been years since our home shined and sparkled like this. We paid extra ($35) for an oven cleaning and it was worth every dime, the oven looks showroom new. We hadn't planned on contracting for regular services but we're so impressed with this experience that we've decided to sign up for a monthly cleaning.

They arrived on time and worked all day. They did a fantastic job. We had not cleaned the baseboards or ceiling fans in several years, so this was not a superficial cleaning. Our house shines! Seriously, the chrome fixtures, the tile -- everything looks immaculate. Even my husband said it brightened up the whole house.

3 people came to my house to clean it. They were very detailed and cleaned things I wouldn't have cleaned. I have a stainless steel refrigerator that is not so stainless, but they got rid of all the water stains and it looks brand new. My kitchen, floors, and bathrooms are sparkling. The only thing that I didn't like is that they don't do baseboards or clean the doors inside the house. Of course, I didn't ask them too, next time I use them I will mention it. This company is very professional, thorough, and flexible. Before they left they gave me a chance to inspect the house, just didn't notice the baseboard and door thing. They left me popcorn, candy, and a movie to enjoy my new found freedom. I will definitely use them again and again.

"Very nice gentleman, but we had to cancel his service because he would order service and would not leave a hide a key out for us to enter. This happened on several occasion, and he would not pay for the trip fees when we came out and could not get in. Communication was not good on his end, but other than that very polite person."

Made an appointment 1 week prior. Day of the appointment nobody showed up, so I called and spoke with Melissa. She confirmed that she remembered talking with me and setting the appointment, but said my appointment was not in the computer. She apologized and then called around and made arrangements with cleaners to come by the following day. Melissa said the day that I called was a crazy day at the office for her. My bad luck, cost me a vacation day. The following day Janet and her partner showed up promptly and got started right away on the inside. Later a second crew of 2 ladies showed up and did the windows. The window ladies finished after about 90 minutes whereas the inside ladies finished after about 3 hours. Windows were done to perfection. Inside was not very thorough, however. Two bathrooms and showers were thoroughly cleaned but the rest of the inside of the house was not cleaned very well in my opinion. Once the inside 2 ladies finished they gave me a chance to look around and see if I could find anything they missed. I found a few spots and they took care of them right away. After they left, I found a bunch of things that they missed. They missed cleaning/dusting many of the blinds. I don't know if there was confusion between the crews over who was going to clean them or not. I found plenty of cobwebs and dust anywhere that was not in plain sight. My corian counters have three large scratches on them. The inside crew appears to have done something to my laminate floors. They used to be shiny and now they're dull. Whereas before when I swept the house the broom would glide gently over the floors now I have to apply pressure. I will see if I can do something to bring back the lustre. I'm hoping I can just rinse off whatever they used with water and dry. Overall, appointment confusion aside, I was disappointed with the cleaning they provided. The ladies were professional, courteous and very personable. They also gave lots of great cleaning tips. I can imagine that with somebody looking over their shoulder they would be good. But for an amateur cleaner/bachelor like me, left to their own devices they were not thorough. They did say that they had 4 other cleaning jobs to do that day so maybe they were rushed.

"I would like to respond to the above. I run a very professional business, in fact for over 23 years now, and yes there are going to be customers not happy with our service, but there are not many of them or I wouldn't be in business this long. I am honest, professional, I guarantee "all" work performed have been since 1989. As for cost and rates for cleaning I have only went up 1 time in over 23 yrs. I am bonded and insured for your protection!! The member never contacted me concerning any of the above, infact he did just the opposite, he ordered the service, we did the job to his specification, when my girls where done they walked the job with him as he inspected everything, "signed off on the job well done, thought my ladies were professional, courteous and very personable!!" Ten cents a sq. is the going rate and $5.00 a window is extremely low, call around if you don't believe me. If something was damaged he would have contacted my me concerning countertops, the fact is he didn't because we did not damage them. The member has many contridictions in his comments, I just want to state the facts which are true and correct and set the record straight. Yes 2 ladies to clean a 2400 sq ft home is about 6 hrs of work not to mention 2 working on 20 windows. I believe this response is accurate, true and correct and should be given a much better and honest rating since my comments are factual and true, and the members are incorrect, contridictive, and self serving, and as I stated above, "ALL OF OUR WORK IS GUARANTEED 100%!!!" Did the member ever call me to complain about any of the issues he stated? Not one call from him, not one complaint, he walked the house with the cleaning crew, he signed off on job satisfactory, and he paid for the job, not to mention tipped the cleaning crew. So I would like the above evaluation to be corrected to reflect a perfect score. On Monday or Tuesday, I called the company and spoke to Tammy. She quoted a price and said that, yes, it could be done on Thursday, and that from now on, the price would be $65. She told me exactly what would be done, and we discussed arrangements for their access to the apartment since I would not be there. I was thrilled when I came home around 4 that afternoon.

The job was ok as they showed up on time but the bathrooms were not cleaned as well as I thought they should have been. They were nice workers and did what I asked them to do. Overall I was happy they kept their appointment and responded.

TAMMY HAS AN EXCEPTIONAL PERSONALITY AND STERLING CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. THE MAIDS THAT SERVICED US WERE VERY FRIENDLY, CHEERFUL AND SUCH TIRELESS WORKERS. THEY WERE ON TIME, STARTING AT 8:00AM AND FINISHING BY 5:00PM. THEY FOUND AND CLEANED DIRT WE DID NOT EVEN KNOW EXISTED. THE ENTIRE HOUSE SHINED WHEN WE RETURNED LATER THAT DAY. THE KITCHEN WAS SO INVITING (THE STAINLESS STEEL & GRANITE COUNTER TOPS WERE SO CLEAN) AND AMAZING THE WAY IT SPARKLED. BEFORE WE COULD EVEN CALL TAMMY (THE OWNER) TO EXPRESS OUR UTTER DELIGHT, SHE CALLED TO MAKE SURE WE WERE COMPLETELY SATISFIED. WE HAVE ARRANGED TO USE COSMOPOLITAN MAID SERVICE ON A REGULAR SCHEDULE NOW. AWESOME QUALITY WITH ATTENTION TO DETAIL THAT'S SECOND TO NONE, FAIR PRICE, AND A REAL PLEASURE TO DO BUSINESS WITH!
