C&J Appliance

Bad. We bought a house a couple of months ago and got a home warranty with it. When the dishwasher went out, the warranty company said we had to use this company (C&J Appliance). We called every day for 2 weeks. No one has EVER answered the phone there. Finally someone called us back and set up an appointment. I will say the guy that finally came out was good (but he was a contractor, not an employee). He quickly found the issue and said it was just the latch and could easily be fixed but he needs approval from the company to get the part and fix it. We paid our $65 service call. But we never heard back. We've still been calling them every day. No one has answered the phone even once. And no one has called us back. Our dishwasher was never fixed.
