Broom With A Clue Cleaning Services

I purchased a groupon for this service provider.  I scheduled an appointment prior to the groupon expiring and made arrangements to work from home so someone could be there when they came.  I got an email saying they wouldn't be able to make it because their car broke down.  They said they would still honor the groupon even though it would be expired by the time we could reschedule.  I rescheduled and again made plans to work from home so that I could be home when they performed the service.  After almost 2 hours of waiting for them to arrive, I called, explained I had an appointment and asked if they would be coming.  The person on the other end said "hold on" and then hung up.  I tried calling back but my calls went straight to voicemail.  I called the other contact and no answer.  I tried calling later on and no answer on either line.  There was also no attempt to call me back.  I requested groupon to reimburse me.  

Overall, they were totally unprofessional and inconvenienced me tremendously.  I can't comment on how good they actually were, but they definitely don't carry themselves in a businesslike manner.
