Description of Work: I BOUGHT A COUCH AND LOVE SEAT FROM THEM WITH A FIVE YEAR WARRENTY. TOWARDS THE END OF THE WARRENTY I CALLED TO GET A REPAIR DONE ON THEM. THEY GAVE ME SUCH A ROUGH TIME ABOUT GETTING IT DONE. THEY WANTED THIS NUMBER AND THAT NUMBER. THEN THEY WOULD GET BACK WITH ME IN A FEW DAYS. IT WAS TWO WEEKS AND NOTHING AND I CALLED BACK. SAME RUN AROUND. FINALLY A GUY CAME OUT AND TOOK PICTURES BUT I NEVER HEARD ANYTHING BACK. AND NEEDLESS TO SAY MY WARRENTY RAN OUT AND NOTHING GOT DONE ON THE REPAIR. I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN. AND I HOPE YALL DON'T EITHER. THIS IS A VERY SORRY COMPANY.

 + -1 moreThe salesman was very pushy. I let the gentleman know from the start that I was only browsing to get some ideas on what I wanted to purchase in another month or so. He continued to follow me, and I asked him where the restroom was and he showed me. When I came out of the restroom, he was still standing outside the restroom waiting for me! After some small talk, and him discovering that I was a single mother, he directed me to their "low end" furniture, showing me things that I had no interest in (and trying to persuade me to buy something that day) I could not even think straight or focus on what I came in the store for in the first place. He finally realized I was not interested in him breathing down my neck so he decided to back off some. However, he was always nearby, following at a distance and watching. The moment he turned his head, I ran out of the store. I will not be going to that store again.
