Alert Drain & Sewer

I was referred to Alert Drain by the plumbing company I have used for the last several years that doesn't do stopped up drain cleaning.  I called Alert at approximately 8:20am, and they took my information and promised to arrive before lunch.  The plumber arrived at 10:30am.  He was polite, personable, and went straight to work.  He quickly determined that the clog in the drain was located beneath the sink area and wasn't in the pipe.  He cleared the clog in about 10 minutes, and was helpful in telling me what to do to avoid the problem in the future.

We contacted another plumbing company that referred us to Alert Drain. Alert was responsive, punctual and provided a more reasonable quote than the other companies we contacted.

Drain in the bathroom sink was clogged and filling with water from an unknown source. Was referred to Alert Drain and Sewer by another plumber. I called and left a message, David returned my call in a short time. I told him drain was clogged and sink filling with water, he knew exactly what was happening. The water was condensation from the air conditioner., he said he had two other jobs ahead of mine, when he and his assistant arrived it only took a few minutes to do the job, they cleaned up any mess they made and even wiped up some water under the sink I had missed when the sink overflowed. I was surprised the bill was only $92.50, I have had plumbers in the past who have charged me quite a bit more to clean out a drain. Alert will be the one I call for clogged drains or sewer lines from now on.

The job went well. No problems, no price hikes.

Very well. Erik was able to come out the same day I called, and when the job was taking a while because of some unexpected difficulties, David came out to help out. They were able to get us back in business in less than 2 hours!
