It was done quickly without problems. My experience has been that no plumber is cheap, but these guys are good. Unlike some of my Lakewood neighbors, I haven't ever had to call them back. They get it right the first time. It's a small outfit and you may have to wait to schedule work. I suggest starting with non-urgent work to establish a relationship. Jim resolved all our current problems. He has worked on several plumbing issues for us over the years including replacement of our 2 water heaters. He has always arrived on time or contacted us if he was delayed. He does high quality work at a fair price. He never recommends unnecessary repairs!

The three young men who came were very respectful and knowledgeable. Their names were Wes, Hunter, and I didn't get the other guy's name. Jim, the owner, whom I first had contacted told me how to shut off the water leak. That was key as it helped me to decide whether to proceed (I'll know what to do next time and will remember this). He also informed me that there was no one in the immediate area to respond right away, but would later on.

I went several hours without a word. This made me nervous and I began to look for other service providers. I actually had given him a 'drop dead time'...meaning that if I didn't hear from him by a certain time, I'd call another provider. Within 5 minutes of my and quot;drop-deadand quot; time, the guys showed up. Phew! Jim had told me there would be (3) guys and at least one of their names. This is appreciated. Jim also gave me the price of the service call and the 'worst case scenario'. Again, appreciated.
When I heard and quot;drilling soundsand quot; coming from the garage I had to go see what was happening. Drilling...what the heck right? They had to get a and quot;creativeand quot; to finish the job...and their efforts were duly noted...even preventive measures were taken to reduce water damage should...or when...this happens again. I received a follow-up call from Jim the next day. He wanted to know my level of satisfaction/service quality. No doubt I would recommend him (the company) again. In fact, a couple of neighbors noticed the truck and inquired about the service provided. I relayed my overall positive experience.

I have recommended him to friends and family. He is prompt and always returns his calls. He always comes or sends someone when he says he will. He is honest and has reasonable costs.

Very happy with the work and will use them again!
