+ -1 moreUpon contacting Atex and explaining my roof still leaked, they came back out (one whole week later) and did a "water test" and told me the leak was due to a Water Closet on the roof and they would gladly give me an estimate. When I asked what I had just spent $6,000 for, the President replied " Well, you would of had to replace the roof sometime anyway". Can you believe that ! ! I trusted these people to be experts and fix my roof. Now I'm out $6,000 and have the same leak and absolutely no trust in any roofer left . Stay away from companies that just sell. take the money and run and don't stand behind their work or take responsibility for their decisions. I would need to sue in court to receive a fair shake from Atex as I'm out options at this point....and who wants to go thru that......thus I'm just screwed by Atex.
Description of Work: I had a leak in my small guest house roof and asked A Tex to fix the leak. I was told I needed to replace the entire roof to fix the leak and signed a $6,000 contract. The roof was replaced and the next week it rained and guess what, the roof STILL leaked from the same spot in the ceiling.
