Upon contacting Atex and explaining my roof still leaked, they came back out (one whole week later) and did a "water test" and told me the leak was due to a Water Closet on the roof and they would gladly give me an estimate. When I asked what I had just spent $6,000 for, the President replied " Well, you would of had to replace the roof sometime anyway". Can you believe that ! ! I trusted these people to be experts and fix my roof. Now I'm out $6,000 and have the same leak and absolutely no trust in any roofer left . Stay away from companies that just sell. take the money and run and don't stand behind their work or take responsibility for their decisions. I would need to sue in court to receive a fair shake from Atex as I'm out options at this point....and who wants to go thru that......thus I'm just screwed by Atex.
Description of Work: I had a leak in my small guest house roof and asked A Tex to fix the leak. I was told I needed to replace the entire roof to fix the leak and signed a $6,000 contract. The roof was replaced and the next week it rained and guess what, the roof STILL leaked from the same spot in the ceiling.

They were good at what they did. They dealt with all my concerns and they did everything they said they would do. It hasn't rained since I got the roof done but it seems like they did a great job.
