A Plus Septic

At first, Chris was very responsive. It's not easy to find someone who will come inside the Dallas city limits. He diagnosed the issue as a bad pump and also a broken pipe. He installed a new pump and charged $995. Two weeks later, the area was flooded again and the pump wasn't pumping. He came out and said it was just a tripped breaker, and everything seemed fine until another week or two later. Then suddenly he no longer answered my calls or texts. After three months of trying to get him to come out and properly diagnose and repair the issue to no avail, I finally contacted a reliable, responsive septic service, Alpine Environmental, who diagnosed and repaired an electrical issue and also told me that the pump Chris had installed was too small for our system. It will work, but it will be much slower that what we had before. What should have taken 5 minutes to drain took 15 minutes. For all I know, we didn't need a new pump at all. It could have been a simple, less expensively repaired, electrical problem. Do not call this company if you need septic service.
