Exterior Painting
Took $1000 as 50% advance and did not do any work. He is not responding to multiple phone calls. PLEASE BEWARE !!!!!!!

Nice enough guy - came out to do the estimate when he promised - but never got back to me with a quote even after I called him a week later to remind him. I was very disappointed. I really don't want to hurt his business because he is a very nice guy - but I look for how people keep their promises and twice he broke his promise to me as far as getting me a quote. I'm sure he got busy as he's the only contractor out my way on Angie's List, but you have to keep your word even it's to call and tell the customer you got too busy to work up a quote.

The original estimate given by Alfonso was a bit high, however he was easy to work with and we discussed the job until we found a price we both felt was fair. Punctuality is not their strong suite; however, the work was impeccable and we were very happy with the quality of work and the service once he was here. You can tell they are very experienced and work hard to give you what you want.
