10/9/2020 I needed help and I needed it fast! 911 Restoration heroes came to my rescue. The moment Jacob and David walked in my door, I knew I was in good hands. Jacob is a professional in every sense. He knows his work, he knows the best way to approach a problem and he works hard - very hard - to get it done for you. He is solid. And, he knows how to handle a water-soaked homeowner who is freaking out. David works hard - he never stops! You can tell that he loves his job and that he genuinely cares about the client and works hard to get the job done in the most proficient manner possible. Isaiah was there for one session and he is a "let's get to it and do it right" worker. I would give this company 50 stars if the review allowed it. In times of trouble, you need to feel safe and confident with the company you hire. This is the one - don't go anywhere else. If I could, I'd put a Superman cape on each of these guys. Because they are Super Heroes in my book. So now, I can't get that "Here I Come To Save The Day" song out of my head!

Responded promptly with estimate and inspection. Work crew arrived on time, wore protective masks. Sealed work area in a manner allowing thruway for me with my walker. Cleaned up the area after working. Contact person was always available if I had questions.

Professional and the two gentlemen that did the work were so kind.

Juan is great and the initial crew was good. In the clean up process there was a different crew and during the process they stripped the paint around our window requiring us to have to repaint. That crew failed to turn in our check for final payment and so it sat in a folder 3+ weeks.

I needed mold remediation in a two-story, 3 BR rental. Crew arrived 9 AM. Property manager informed me when they left ONLY TWO HOURS later. Not much time for over $2,000. I called company office to question this. Was told there was no way they could have been finished. They called the crew back and directed they re-do/complete the project properly. Head office (Juan) said they had been reprimanded. Their work passed the follow-up inspection. However, I have strong suspicion that, had I not intervened, I would have gotten screwed. Juan was good to work with. If you hire them, be sure to let them know you will be checking EVERYTHING.

Explained the process and was professional throughout. Did take a few quotes but happy with their overall work and speed.
