"Sometimes you get a customer that is never happy.. custom called Angies list wanting refund that we didn't show up for our appointment.. I sent a copy of the customer and my email and the appointment was not even til the next day.. show up to the real appointment date and time early.. then roof is super steep and says in coupon that steep roofs are an extra $50.. I told customer I would wave fee for the miss understanding on appointment date.. so they pay $99 for me the climb on the top of a very steep roof and make multiple repairs and that's a B on price.. this is not 1999 sir..."

wanted roof inspection after five years of storms and wear. Chris came out on time, walked the roof twice, cut a couple tree branches that were rubbing on the roof edge, got down and told me the roof was in good condition, nothing needing to be done for it. Good news and good service! The price was worth the peace of mind we now have.

It went very well, agent arrived on time as quoted, very professional, answered questions. He did a though assessment and gave explanation of finding, task needed, as well as task covered by package. Overall excellent experience.

They did an amazing job. Customer service was awesome. They worked on the roof on a timely manner with no hassle. Would hire them all over again amd definitely will be refering them!
