Initially my home warranty company (Old Republic Home Protection Co.) had assigned another HVAC company that never showed up. So I asked ORHP to assign a different company. They assigned Fire and Ice on Thursday morning around 9am. About two hours later, Jacob from Fire & Ice phoned. He said he could be at my home in about 20 minutes. He came, found the problem, went to buy a replacement control board, came back and installed it. The repair was finished at least before 2 pm, maybe sooner.. He was was friendly and focused, and professional in dress and demeanor. That is the way repairs are supposed to take place. Top notch!
