Bargain Burglar Bars

I was promised a job that took less than a month. It has been over a year and the work remains unfinished. Eight times I have called the owner to meet him at the property and go over the issues and he has failed to show but assures me each time he will be there. My gate stopped working last week and he has promised to repair it each day I have called but has failed to show up. Part of our agreement was he was going to make a BBQ pit he never has. The gate he installed had a no rust life time warranty when it started to rust I called him and he said he would fix it and never has.
