We have American Home Shield. It's like a maintenance agreement deal and they call in the service people. They have to order the fan motor. They determined that the motor was bad on the air conditioner. They have to order that, so we should get it either today or tomorrow. They found the problem. With Home Shield, we only pay the $75 fee. We have that service where anything breaks down here at home - refrigerator, TV or whatever appliance breaks down, it's $75 flat rate. They were very professional. They said after 3:00 and they were here by 11:00.

They were very prompt. They were very clean. They didn’t overprice their services so their price was very good. They were very customer service oriented; as much as they explained why we were having the problem or the problem with the air conditioning unit. They also suggested the regular maintenance procedure that we could do to prevent further problems. I thought that was little unusual and we appreciated that. I would use them in the future.
