 + -1 moreMy company used these landscapers for a little over a year. They were always paid on time but thier service was lacking in many areas. They were to maintain our sprinkler system but didn't, the timers were set to go off in the middle of the afternoon which is a violation in Plano. We also had leaks and broken heads on a regular basis. I feel the crew got complacent, they had to be asked on several occasions to trim shrubs and bushes to the correct height. I had a billing issue and the office staff I spoke to was very rude. I asked them for a quote to do some additional work and it took three weeks to get the price. Overall unhappy and would not reccomend this company.
