Deck has been a problem almost from installation, it got a white haze within days and began cracking in less than 3 wks, it took 7 months to get them to come out and look at it (problem was my pool contractor). They discovered they had a piece of wood where the mastic should be. They agreed to sand blast, patch cracks and restain, they stained the umbrella holes closed, the cracks continued and the stain began fading and clouding, the deck started holding water. Came back out (better response time) and they claimed that it was due to ice being frozen on the deck, but touched it up, the deck has continued to move, now it drains to the house and the rear of the deck holds water. The stain still has a haze and boot prints from the installer are showing through. After months of requesting, the pool contractor and owner came back by to look at the deck and simply claim that it's "good ole Mother Nature" and They would replace at cost ($6900), yet deck they put in 3 doors down hasnt moved... I would love to post photos

After sealer dried, a white blotchy haze remained on pool deck.  Contacted owner who came out and stated that it had to be the dogs running through caliche (a surface layer of soil) exposed after planting shrubs on side of home.  What didn't make sense was that the blotchy haze continued to reappear after power washing and keeping dogs in home  off the pool deck.  Owner came up with multiple options to remedy concrete at additional prices which we declined.  After a year of still looking at a blotchy haze, another sealant company came out today and stated that the only reason it looks like this is because either an inferior/incorrect sealer was applied.  And, unfortunately my crack occurred more than likely from not adding in an expansion joint to a large area of concrete.  What a disappointment!

Hired Ultra Concrete to remove a bad job from a previous contractor, whose work was totally unacceptable.
The old concrete (3 weeks old) was removed and hauled off. The new slab was poured, floated, colored, and stamped just as I requested. A crew returned 21 days later as they stated, to color highlight the porch, touchup any issues, and seal the concrete.
I cannot say enough good things about the staff at Ultra Concrete. What more can you ask for than to have a contractor deliver what you ask for, and do what they say they will do. Thank you.

The finished product is beautiful and we have received many compliments on the work. All credit goes to Ultra.

It was excellent.  What impressed me were their promptness and their professionalism.  They told me what was going on throughout the whole process of them doing this.  They actually broke up a couple of pieces of concrete while they were doing the initial demolition that they fixed on their own.  They were just very professional across the board.  This was the second time I used them.
